What I Do – And Why

I am an executive coach, leadership developer, team ‘wrangler’ and creative designer on a quest to develop leaders who change the world. I have worked with organizations large and small, in many countries, and a universal truth I see is leaders who are striving to do and be more, yet feel stuck.

I help people get real with themselves and go deep to find the desire and courage to be the leader outwardly that lives in their soul.

A Bit More About Me

As a seasoned professional, I bring 20+ years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations transform and bring positive results in both performance and profits. For many years, I held leadership roles with General Electric and Microsoft, driving organizational success through innovative leadership development, talent management, change acceleration and process improvement solutions. I understand from the ground up what it takes to create sustainable transformation.

I have lived and worked in Europe and India which broadened my perspective, stretched me personally and professionally, and compels me to work on global issues. As a result, I enjoy working with leaders in diverse industries and fields, helping them increase their capacity and skills to take on complex challenges, achieve results beyond what they believed possible and change the world through their unique contribution.

My Education And Training

I’m a life-long learner with a thirst for deep insight and practical know-how.  I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management as well as certification from The Gestalt Institute’s International Organization and Systems Development program.  I’m a graduate of The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara coaching program and am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I’m trained in T-group methodologies by the National Training Lab (NTL) and the Immunity to Change methodology by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.

Since self-discovery is a powerful tool, I work with many different assessments, including; The Leadership Circle Profile, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, The Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, WorkPlace Big Five, FiroB and EQ instruments.
